Mr. El-Ghannam is the founder and executive Partner of Khaled El-Ghannam, Eissa Refai &co. since establishment in 2003. He acquires over 40 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, due diligence and consulting of both national and multinational companies that operate in diversified sectors and industries.
Prior to that, Mr.El-Ghannam was a board member and Audit Division Head at Mostafa Shawki & Co. “Member of Deloitte & Touche and formerly member firm of Arthur Andersen” till December 2003. Moreover, during his experience at Deloitte & Touche between 1992 and 2003; he was the engagement partner responsible for several non-profit organizations and governmental bodies as well as USAID projects, auditing UNDP and the Social Fund for Development. In addition to attending Training Courses atArthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu International.
He also attended many courses and seminars in Egypt, Europe and United States.
Mr. El Ghannam is currently a member in the Board of Trustees in Misr El Khaeir Foundation.
Ms. Nabil has more than eighteen years' experience in accounting, audit developing and evaluating financial accounting and internal control system, and has substantial experience in various sectors and industries
She also supervised the assessment of the performance of national companies including financial restructuring and performance measures.
Ms. Nabil has also participated in performing financial due diligences for well-known entities in HealthCare sector, financial assessments, management consulting, performance evaluation, together with the design of manual financial and cost accounting system, formal procedures, internal control procedures for entities in the Education Sector, as well as administrative restructuring.

Mr. Refai has 40 years of professional experience in the areas of financial audits and consulting. He has been involved at a senior level in the marketing, management and financial consulting activities for a large number of manufacturing and service businesses.
Mr. Refai is on the Board of non-client companies.
On these positions, he contributed in overseeing marketing strategies and activities required for expansion of those companies and for penetrating new markets.
Mr. Refai served many financial institutions including leasing, factoring companies and banks.
Mr. Refai is a member of the Misr Bank Mutual Funds Supervisory Committee.
He is a member of Al Tawfeek Finance Lease Audit Committee.
He was the Quality Partner and the Training Partner at Mazars Mostafa Shawki and of Deloitte and Touche Egypt, prior to joining Accounting Group.
Mr. Refai is an approved instructor at the American University in Cairo, American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, Egyptian Society for Accountants and Auditors, Egyptian Society for Taxation, and Egyptian banking Institution. When he used to work as a manager in Arthur Andersen, Mr. Refai delivered many training courses of the international firm in Switzerland and the Netherlands. He managed international assignments of financial investigations and audits. |
Mr. Sobhy acquires more than eight years of experience in the auditing and accounting field, he joined Khaled El-Ghannam&co. in 2016 and participated in the audit and due diligence for many companies in diverse fields. He is always acquitted of the latest tax rules, modified audit standards, and has good experience in constructing feasibility studies.

Mrs. El Feky has more than twenty years of professional experience in accounting, audit developing and evaluating financial, accounting and internal control systems. She has substantial experience in various sectors and industries
Mrs. El Feky has participated in the audit of several non-profit organizations including the US AID, United Nations Development Projects (UNDP), and Social Fund Projects.
Mrs. El Feky has supervised the assessment of the performance of national and multinational companies including financial restructuring and performance measures. She participated in performing financial due diligence, financial assessments, management consulting, performance evaluation, together with the design of manual financial and cost accounting systems, formal procedures, internal control procedures, as well as administrative restructuring.
Prior to joining Khaled el Ghannam & Co., Mrs. El Feky worked at KPMG Hazem- Hassan & Co. and Mostafa Shawki &Co. between 1994 and 2003.
Ms. Omnia has joined Khaled El Ghannam & Co. since 2014; she has more than 10 years of experience in the auditing field where she worked on auditing investment funds and companies in various fields. She is currently responsible for about 55 companies.
Mr. Laithy has 13 years of experience at the accounting, taxation and auditing field.
He participated in the audit of entities and companies in several fields as real estate investment, tourism, utilities, pharma and financial institutions.
